Location: Aunt Belle’s Kitchen – 8451 Belding Rd NE, Rockford, MI 49341

Aunt Belle’s Kitchen is a beloved breakfast and lunch eatery near Bostwick Lake—and we’re growing! We're looking to add line cooks and waitstaff to our hardworking, fun-loving team.

Line Cook – Part-Time | $14–$16/hr

Expected Hours: 15–30/week
Shifts: Morning and some evening (7:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM, occasional 4:00–8:30 PM)
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday for breakfast and lunch, with dinner service Thursday and Friday nights.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, prep, and cook food to recipe standards
• Operate grill, sauté, and fry stations
• Keep cooking surfaces clean and sanitized
• Perform daily inventory and food storage tasks

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of line/prep cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Culinary certificate preferred but not required

Waitstaff – Full or Part-Time

Pay: $12–$20/hr (including tips)

Expected Hours: Based on availability
Operating Hours:
Wed–Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Thurs/Fri Night Dinner: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sat–Sun: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• Reliable transportation and solid communication skills
• Available for weekday and weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Take orders, deliver food, and manage customer payments
• Maintain clean tables and dining space
• Provide top-notch customer service and resolve concerns with care
• Suggest specials and menu items

Preferred:

• 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with POS systems and food safety practices
